Tropico 6 is out now for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The difference is, Tropico has goal and I prefer that way. Tropico is a political sim where you happen to have some city building elements but the point is to complete specific scenario goals. Cities skylines is a mindless city builder. Implement new industry-boosting buildings, alter the value of goods, influence tourist fees and face random economic events that might even put the most resilient of dictators to the test. There's already a dozen threads you could read explaining this. In the included Llama of Wall Street DLC players can take on big business and manipulate the stock market to influence the Tropican economy (and line El Prez’s pockets). I play Tropico 4 a lot and I am loving every moment of it, I loved the random missions and rewards and the satisfaction you get from fulfiling citizen needs. As a fan of both games, this is tough but, it depends on what kind of place you’re more into building and managing I guess.

Publisher Kalypso Media and in-house developer Realmforge Studios are pleased to announce that Tropico 6 is now available in native 4K resolution for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The last tropico game I played though was Tropico 3 for 360 and the framerate was horrid.
